This policy describes how Chiang Mai Clicks Co., Ltd. handles personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
Enquiry forms collect your name, contact details and what you tell us about your project. The free SEO check sends the web address you enter to Google's PageSpeed Insights service to run the test, then emails the results to you and to our team (via our email provider, Resend) so a person can follow up with a written audit. Analytics collect anonymised usage data. We set no advertising cookies before consent.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver work you have contracted, and to measure whether our own site is doing its job. We do not sell data and we do not share it outside the processors named in our processing register.
Your rights under the PDPA
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
- Request erasure where we have no lawful basis to keep it
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are retained for five years after the final invoice, as Thai accounting law requires.
