Terms of Service

These terms outline how Chiang Mai Clicks Co., Ltd. engages on production work.

Scope and change

Every engagement is governed by a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. We do not bill surprises.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the site code, all content we produced for you, and every account created on your behalf — domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts. Our own internal tooling and component libraries remain ours.

Payment

Project work: 50% to begin, 50% on launch. Retainers: monthly in advance, net 15. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Withholding tax is handled per Thai Revenue Department requirements.

What we do not warrant

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or revenue. Search engines are third parties whose behaviour we can influence and never control. We warrant the quality and timeliness of the work itself.

Ending an engagement

Retainers end on 30 days written notice from either side. We hand over every asset and access credential within 10 business days, with no exit fee.
